In August 1993 in the parish of St. Antoni in Mińsk Mazowiecki, the first Diocesan Agricultural and Beekeeping Harvest Festival took place, during which Fr. bishop Stanisław Kędziora consecrated the banner of our Circle. Due to his advanced age, President Sądel resigned from his position and in October 1999, Zdzisław Żółtek was elected President of the Association, who fulfilled his duties very conscientiously in increasingly difficult times for beekeeping. Due to health problems, he resigned from his position after more than three years.
